We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable data protection laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure password hashing, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Children's PINs are stored using bcrypt hashing and cannot be recovered.
8. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we permanently remove all associated data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for research purposes.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify parents of material changes via email before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
